5D-QEH: A Five-Dimensional Qubit-Enhanced Hypergraph for Quantum-Resistant DAG Blockchains

K. Harper
IEEE ICBC 2026 · 2026

We introduce the Five-Dimensional Qubit-Enhanced Hypergraph (5D-QEH), a novel blockchain architecture that extends directed acyclic graph (DAG) structures into five-dimensional hypergraph space using qubit-enhanced vertices and edges. The 5D-QEH framework provides quantum-resistant consensus, post-quantum cryptographic transaction validation, and exponentially improved throughput over classical DAG blockchains. We demonstrate formal security proofs under quantum adversarial models and present empirical benchmarks showing 10,000+ TPS with sub-second finality.

Eternal Sovereignty via Agentic Quantum AI in Decentralized Health Meshes: A Quantum-Secure Framework

K. Harper
IEEE CAI 2026 · 2026

This paper presents a quantum-secure framework for achieving eternal data sovereignty in decentralized health mesh networks through agentic quantum AI systems. We propose an architecture where autonomous AI agents operating under quantum-secure protocols manage patient data sovereignty, consent enforcement, and cross-institutional health data sharing without centralized intermediaries. The framework integrates post-quantum cryptographic primitives with multi-agent coordination protocols to ensure long-term data sovereignty even against quantum-capable adversaries.

Geometric Hypergraph Blockchains: A Multi-Dimensional Hypergraph Architecture for Quantum-Resistant and Privacy-Preserving Blockchain Systems

K. Harper
IEEE ICBC 2026 · 2026

We present Geometric Hypergraph Blockchains (GHB), a multi-dimensional blockchain architecture that models transactions and state transitions as geometric hypergraph structures. GHB achieves quantum resistance through lattice-based cryptographic primitives embedded in the hypergraph topology, while privacy preservation is achieved via chaos-modulated zero-knowledge proofs over geometric manifolds. The architecture supports arbitrary-dimensional transaction graphs, enabling novel consensus mechanisms that are provably secure against both classical and quantum adversaries.

Decentralized Blockchain Infrastructure for Intelligent Transportation Systems and Autonomous Vehicle Networks

K. Harper
IEEE ITSC 2025 · 2025

This paper examines the application of decentralized blockchain infrastructure to intelligent transportation systems (ITS), with particular focus on autonomous vehicle (AV) networks. We propose a blockchain-based coordination layer for AV-to-AV and AV-to-infrastructure communication that provides tamper-proof event logging, decentralized identity for vehicles, and trustless coordination without centralized traffic management systems. The framework is evaluated on real-world ITS datasets demonstrating significant improvements in coordination latency and security.

Chaotic Zero-Knowledge Bell Violations in Quantum Privacy Networks

K. Harper
Preprint · 2026

We explore the intersection of chaotic dynamical systems, Bell inequality violations, and zero-knowledge proof systems in the context of quantum privacy networks. By leveraging the unpredictability of chaotic attractors as a source of quantum randomness, we construct zero-knowledge proof protocols whose soundness is grounded in both computational hardness assumptions and the physical unpredictability of quantum chaos. We demonstrate that Bell inequality violations can serve as a verifiable source of randomness for privacy-preserving protocols, yielding a new class of quantum zero-knowledge proofs with provably stronger privacy guarantees than classical constructions.
